Foam panels size configurations:

Top and Bottom Panels (#1): These panels are 9 1/2” x 7 1/2” in size and are placed at the top and bottom of the box

Larger Side Panels (#2): The larger side panels are 9 1/2” x 7 3/4” in size and are located on the longer sides of the box. 

Short Side Panels (#3): The short side panels are 7 7/8” x 6 1/8” in size and are placed on the shorter sides of the box.

These panels ensure a tight fit and contribute to the overall insulation of the shipping box.

Fully insulated with 3/4″ eps foam on all 6 panels. 200 lb. test outer shipping carton included. Lightweight, sturdy and reusable. Unlike one piece foam coolers our insulated boxes break down for easy storage.
